Cuckoos Nest is a four-bedroom terraced lodge sitting directly on Clearwater Lake within the award-winning Lower Mill Estate in Somerford Keynes near Cirencester. This is a waterside property on a private 450-acre gated estate of woodland meadows and lakes fed by three rivers. It sleeps up to eight guests across three floors with lake views from every level.
Lower Mill Estate is a managed nature reserve in the Cotswolds. On the estate you get access to heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools an eco-pool sauna steam room gym and tennis courts. Kayaking and paddleboarding are available from the Activity Hub. A restaurant and ArtSpa sit within a five-minute walk.
