Most you'd say from start of arriving but for us it started from the phone call befor Tanya could not be Moor than helpful, frendly, Tanya phoned as soon as we arrived to see if all was OK, we found it all OK, was there anything we needed, it was all perfect , clean, comfortable, welcome hamper was lovely for us and are fur baby's with there little hamper i had a new puppy with us so small she fits in the hand no worries her getting out the garden , the farm animals always said hello, the local village was a lovely place on Friday and Saturday is a little market the local pub did a lovely Sunday roast every one is so frendly and helpful, we loved the cottage so mutch we are going back hopefully will not have a emergency i have to leave a day early , so top marks for cleanliness, comfort, the hotub was great after a day out or chill out in the day and the bbq , pizza oven out door fire was great games for kids , we thankyou Tanya for your lovely place and your kindness we will be back

7 adults and 4 children aged 2-6 had a wonderful time at Dronfield Lodge, which is impressively well-equipped with all kinds of thoughtful touches which were much appreciated. I would unhesitatingly recommend this venue for family get-togethers.

Fantastic lodge. Spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything you need. Lovely quiet location, just a short drive into Somerton or about a 20 minute drive to Clarkes Village.Lodge is beautiful and modern and perfect for a get together, with the added bonus of the hot tub.We had a fabulous time here. The only problem for us was the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom have very low ceilings due to the build (which obviously can't be helped) and most of our family were nearly 6ft and over lol.We would highly recommend this holiday lodge and the owners were lovely and very helpful.
