Our stay at the property was to have a long awaited family get together. We were a party of 11 plus Ronnie our sons spaniel. The location is very good as you can walk into the city alongside the river. The view from the patio/ terrace is really lovely. The rooms were nice and the kitchen worked well as Jennifer arranged for a lovely lady who prepared, served and cleared away an excellent Thai meal ( you need to be very hungry as there’s lots of food)The BBQ was not gas as we had expected but charcoal and quite small especially when cooking for 11 people.One of the rattan sofas on the patio was damaged which we reported and will be sorted out. A larger bin for recycling would help. The toilet in one of the ensuite bedrooms stopped working, a plumber came out but couldn’t fix it while we were there so we couldn’t use the bathroom at all it did cause some problems , so hopefully that was sorted quite quickly. Jennifer was very apologetic and it was something that was unforeseen. Overall we had a good time and possibly consider staying again.

We had a lovely stay at Chapter Meadows. The house itself was perfect for our needs. Jennifer was a great host and made sure we were welcomed as we arrived with a note and some local goodies. The dogs were also very well catered for, although the smaller of the dogs struggled a bit with the steps down to the garden. The hot tub is wood fired, which takes a bit of setting up, but was lovely once it was ready. It was also really nice to have a real fire in the kitchen when it got a bit cooler in the evening when the kids were in and out to the garden. The games room was a great addition too and was nice and separate from the quieter rooms. Worcester is a beautiful city and the house was in a great location. It's 5 minutes to drive in, or there's a road free walk just down from the house which takes you to the river and then over the bridge into town. There's also a really big field you can cut through by the river which was great for the dogs. I'm sure we'll be back.
