Well what can i say, this property is in a stunning location on a very secure property, the property was very clean, modern and had everything you need for a short or long holiday, the quaint garden and hot tub add to the appeal, emma and carl are the perfect hosts and are there at your smallest needs the gardens and donkeys are a short walk away, the hosts are friendly and i've found this to be one of the most pleasurable stays ive had with skyes, highly recommended im definitely going again in a lovely quiet part of the cotswolds, thanks for making it such a comfortable stay mick and teresa

The Hayloft was a very well appointed, cosy, holiday home. Spacious kitchen lounge area, comfy bed and plunge bath as well as a roomy shower. Hot tub outside is a nice touch, we didn't get to use the gardens and all they offer as The Westonbirt Arboretum is across the road. Emma and family made our stay pleasureable, lots of advice regards things to see and do. Happy to stay again in future.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely place, ideal for visiting Westonbirt Arboretum. The ceiling height upstairs could be an issue for some people.

We had a fantastic break to celebrate our 25 year wedding anniversary and absolutely loved the property. The only thing we could pick up on which was not really an issue was that the nearest pub was supposed to be 0.9 miles walk, but was actually 3 miles away. There was a pub about 0.9 miles away, but the road wasn't safe to walk. Also we are not the tallest, but there wasn't much head space in the bedroom. That said, we loved the property and didn't want to leave! Highly recommend and would like to return.

Our third visit to the Hayloft, but our first during the winter. The log fire was a lovely bonus and very cosy. The hot tub was also lovely after a days walk, couldnt persuade my wife though. Overall a lovely, cosy property and so convenient for the Arboretum, and the Winter wonderland light show was fantastic. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Myself and my Husband had a wonderful stay at The Hayloft for a week. The facilities at the property are excellent, super comfy cosy bed, hot tub that keeps the heat, large soaking tub and a fully equipped kitchen. Emma gave us a few local tips and the welcome pdf document that is sent has some great recommendations which we used. We also loved the Marshall speaker and to be honest we loved so much about the property that there isnt enough space to list everything! Tetbury is absolutely charming and its only 57mins drive away, and the Arboretum is a 5min walk from the property. The property itself was the perfect place for us to get away from everything and we cant wait to return. Thank you Emma!

We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful cottage. We had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable the best sleep for a long time! The hot tub was so good after a day of walking and the log burner made the place extra cozy. The cottage is set in a beautiful location opposite Westonbirt Arboretum which is such a magical place incredibly beautiful with the love autumn colours. I would certainly recommend this lovely cottage.

We had the most beautiful stay here for our mini moon. It was spotless, stunning inside and out and was well equipped. We struggled to get a taxi on any day as we really hoped to both be able to have a drink and go out for dinner, which was a shame but definitely didnt spoil our stay and wouldnt put us off coming back at all, its just worth a mention in case anyone else was thinking the same when booking. The village is only a 5 minute drive away so very close. Thank you for the perfect start to married life!

An absolutely stunning property, perfectly described by the host. Emma & Karl have made a perfect little cosy sanctuary for couples who are looking for that much needed break away to relax and recharge. Hosts are friendly and chatty and really made us feel welcome. The gorgeous town of Tetbury is just a short drive away which is great, highly recommend the Italian restaurant there for anyone wanting a lovely meal out. Recommendation for anyone staying take Carrots and Ginger Nut Biscuits the donkeys Wallace, Kanye and Fred! will love you forever and so will the sheep! Can't recommend enough and we will definitely be returning.

We had a seven day stay. The location is very conveniant for using as a base for visiting other locations. The property was very clean. The approach to the property is one way so exercise precaution.Hot tub was rather relaxing for a while in the evening. While here DO get to see the chickens in their posh home and don't forget the ginger nuts for the donkeys. All in all a damn good stay. Thank you.

A lovely place to stay and in a good area for the cotswolds, we felt at home and it had all we needed for our stay,the bed was very comfortable, was a bit narrow around the bed due to the shape of the ceiling but we knew this and wasn't a problem for us,the hot tub was amazing which we used every day,secure parking was good. Lovely private patio to enjoy the hot tub and evening sun. Icing on the cake was the use of the owners own garden and gazebo and meeting their dogs and donkeys. A beautifully renovated and decorated cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only suggestion would be some non stick pans and a few more tea towels and maybe a little welcome pack of basics such as milk and bread etc as the nearest shops are some distance. We had a great time.

The Hayloft is a no expense spared, couples holiday let for touring the southern Cotswolds. Literally on the doorstep of Westonbirt National Arboretum, a few minutes from HighgroveTetbury. It is stunning in every respect. The only downside comfort wise is the restricted headroom around the king size bed up in the roof space it involves a bit of bending to get around. Otherwise it has everything necessary for a very relaxing break and is highly recommended.

Fantastic conversion which has a blend of old and new sitting well together. The character of the building has been maintained and cleverly brought up to date. We are from a farming background and can clearly visualise the nature of the property pre conversion . Everything was perfect from start to finish . Wonderful location . The Hayloft was amazing! I cant recommend highly enough. Everything was perfect! The property was tastefully decorated throughout and had everything youd need. The Japanese bath was a particular highlight, as was the two person hot tub. Lots of places to visit nearby including Westonbirt Arboretum directly opposite, Tetbury, StowontheWold, Castle Combe, BourtonontheWater, Arlington Row and Cirencester. Also got to WWT Slimbridge, a wetland wildlife reserve. There were lots of nice restaurants to eat out. Lola and Co tapas in Tebury was fantastic! As was Amalfi in Nailsworth. The owners were lovely. Make sure to go say hi to the donkeys and chickens that live in the grounds. The donkeys are super friendly and couldnt get enough of the carrots and ginger biscuits. Wouldve loved to have stayed longer!

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hayloft. The detail and thought put into the accommodation is wonderful. It has a lovely welcoming feel which we enjoyed immensely , from the hot tub to the donkeys! The only disappointment was that we didn't book for a little longer.
