We had a lovely stay at Grange Stables. Roger was very welcoming and gave us a brilliant briefing on house rules and the local area. We attended the Silverstone Circuit on all 4 days of our stay and the property was on average a 45min drive with traffic, therefore it was perfect for our stay. The bed at the property was very comforting and is most definitely one of the comfiest we've stayed in. Roger did explain that he took the comfort of the bed into consideration when furnishing the property, which was great for us to hear because we've stayed in many properties in the past where comfort is the least priority. We initially told Roger not to worry about the hot tub during our stay because we initially thought we wouldn't have time. However, after the first long day at the circuit, Roger noticed we were returning early and very kindly offered to warm the hot tub up for the following day. When the day came and we returned to the property, Roger kept his promise and the hot tub was at the perfect temperature for us to relax and recover from all the steps at the circuit! Overall, it was a brilliant stay and we will definitely look to re-visit in future.

We were met by the fabulous Gentleman Roger who gave us a tour and brief on how to use the lights, hot tub and bbq etc. Roger made us feel very welcome along with their gorgeous dog Freya Roger left us to enjoy ourselves after that but told us to let him know if we needed anything. We quickly settled into the beautiful light and airy stables. They were beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and the dishwasher was a bonus. There’s a washing machine and dryer too. Everything you need is there! The gardens and surroundings are beautiful. It’s very quiet and peaceful. We took everything we needed for a self-catering holiday, we didn’t use our car while we were there, there’s a beautiful pub called the Castle that’s a short stroll away, fabulous food and staff. We took our daughters 16 and 23 they loved having their own stable to sleep in. We left our holiday feeling very relaxed and would definitely return and use the swimming pool 5* experience with the perfect host.

Three friends and I stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my friend's 60th birthday and catch up with each other. We had a wonderful weekend together and Grange Cottage was an excellent choice to do so. The owner Roger was very helpful and friendly together with their little dog Freya who put a smile on our faces. The hot tub was wonderfully hot and it was a 4 minute walk to the Castle Pub who served delicious food.
